Position Summary

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to support business growth, with a strong focus on timely and effective hiring of field staff. This role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and recruitment reporting to meet manpower targets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interviews, salary negotiation, reference checks, home visits, health check-ups)
  • Execute recruitment strategies to meet monthly hiring targets
  • Manage job postings via Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, job boards, HR outsourcing, and universities
  • Proactively source candidates for urgent and provincial branch positions
  • Design recruitment posters and implement recruitment campaigns

2. Screening & Selection

  • Screen and shortlist CVs based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with Branch Managers and Line Managers
  • Participate in interview panels when required

3. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Conduct employment and personal reference checks
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Collect and verify employee documents (ID, Family Book, Criminal Record, Diplomas, Guarantor documents)
  • Coordinate staff orientation with the Training Unit
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports
  • Perform other HR tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Law, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience (MFI/Banking experience is a strong advantage)
  • Knowledge of recruitment channels in Cambodia
  • Understanding of Cambodia Labour Law
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good Khmer and basic English for reporting
