Job Description
– Approach the client by phone call, direct visit, or email.
– Promote 2 services, job site posting and recruitment agency service
– Consult the client on their HR strategy, then get Job description and Job requirements, and summarize the information
– Announce the Job in the company to recruiter team and Marketing team
– Cooperate with internal department to find suitable candidate for client’s requirement
– Send CV to client with detail explanation of candidate’s experience and background
– Arrange interview between clients and candidates.
– Follow up interview result with clients
– Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
– Bachelors degree in related field.
– Minimum 1 year of experience in any field. (Fresh graduate also acceptable)
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
– Advanced English skills
– Able to visit clients frequently for business meeting.
