Job Description

– Translate documents among English, Japanese and Khmer
– Coordinate interviews between Japanese companies and candidates as a translator
– Coordinate meetings between Japanese companies, Japanese associations and trainees as a translator regarding technical intern trainees’ matters
– Handle and respond to Japanese HR agencies through email and LINE
– Manage and organize new job posts in Japan and candidate information on Google Spreadsheet
– Create marketing materials such as Facebook posts, Facebook boosting, Facebook daily news updates, TikTok videos, and Telegram content for company promotions (including poster design, video editing, etc.)
– Prepare CVs for candidates applying for jobs in Japan
– Provide online support for technical intern trainees and Specified Skilled Workers who are currently working in Japan
– Perform administrative work (prepare the administration fee invoice for candidates, create and prepare the Technical intern trainees management fee invoice every 3 months for 6 Japanese associations)
– Handle Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training related tasks, including
– Submitting the report every month at Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training
– Preparing monthly reports for students who have traveled to Japan to submit to Kawaga Association in Cambodia
– Responding to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training staff on additional matters
– Attending seminars held by ACRA Association and Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.

Job Requirement

– Fluent in English at advanced level
– Fluent in Japanese at higher than N3 level
– Strong sense of responsibilities with quick response (even out of working hours for urgent cases)
– Honesty
– Team worker.

Priority

– Bachelor’s degree (for visa application to work in Japan, in future)
– Understanding about Japan’s lifestyle and living/working environment.
