Job Description
– Approach to client by phone call, direct visit, emailing.
– Promote 2 services, job site posting and recruitment agency service
– Consult client on their HR strategy, then get Job description and Job requirement, and summarize the information
– Announce the Job in the company to recruiter team and Marketing team
– Cooperate with internal department to find suitable candidate for client’s requirement
– Send CV to client with detail explanation of candidate’s experience and background
– Arrange interview
– Follow up interview result with client
– Other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirement
– Advanced English
– Able to visit clients frequently for business meeting
– Tough enough to work under pressure
– Honest person
