Position Summary:
Work as a recruiting consultant at a Japanese-managed agency. Main duties include interviewing candidates, using Telegram to communicate and collect CVs, introducing suitable job opportunities, managing candidates throughout the process, and sharing information with the sales team.
Working Conditions:
- Working Time: 8:00 – 16:15 (1h break)
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
Job Description:
- Join daily meetings and screen all CVs delivered to the company.
- Interview job seekers and propose appropriate jobs matching their expectations and requirements.
- Prepare introduction sheets for each candidate.
- Communicate with the sales team during the introduction process.
- Communicate with candidates through Telegram to collect CVs.
- Arrange final interviews for candidates and clients.
- Manage company database, upload candidates’ information properly, and search previous candidates to provide new jobs.
- Headhunting using LinkedIn or other tools and channels.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Note: Staff are encouraged to leave earlier to avoid traffic, but must respond to candidate/client inquiries even after business hours.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced English for business communication
- IQ score over 6 points at Camup IQ test
- Under 24 years old (internal balance)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- High commitment to work
