Job Description
– Communicate reliably with physicians and other superiors.
– Welcome visitors and show them to the waiting room
– Answer phones and handle appointments
– Copy, file, and maintain documents and records
– Answer questions from customers through our Facebook page, Instagram, and website.
– Receiving medical appointments / Processing travel insurance utilization / Escorting clients in the hospital.
– Payment, pre-confirmation of billing documents, etc.
– Provide appropriate medical information to patients
– General customer service
– Other clerical work and document management as needed.
Job Requirement
– Able to us Japanese at least Advanced level (mainly speaking, but writing/reading too)
– Able to communicate in English or other languages at basic level
– Working experience as a customer related position
– Honest, punctual, easy to talk with and trustworthy personality
– Able to use Microsoft office (Word and Excel).
Priority
– Working experience in hospital or other medical field is an advantage
– Good command of English
– Working experience under Japanese standard company
– Short working time or only weekdays are acceptable.
