Job Description
– Welcome visitors
– Answer phones and handle appointments
– Copy, file, and maintain documents and records
– Answer questions from customers through our Facebook page, Instagram, and website.
– Prepare payment, pre-confirmation of billing documents, etc.
– Provide appropriate service information to consumers.
– General customer service
– Other clerical work and document management as needed.
Job Requirement
– Able to us Japanese at least good or Advanced level (speaking, writing/reading too)
– Able to communicate in English or other languages at a basic level
– Working experience as a customer-related position
– No experience also acceptable
– Honest, punctual, easy to talk with and trustworthy personality
– Able to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Priority
– Working experience in hotel or hospitality
– Good command of English
– Working experience under a Japanese standard company
– Short working time or only weekdays are acceptable.
