Job Description
• Answering and making phone calls on behalf of office employees.
• welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
• Order office supplies/stationery and keep inventory of stock.
• Update Schedule meetings and Manage office Meeting room availability.
• Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers.
• Maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the office.
• Update daily attendance and filling AL record.
• Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
• Control office document In & Out record.
• Filing document.
• Control drivers attendances and cars arrangement.
• Manage Petty Cash and assist Management claim form or Local/oversea Claim Form.
• Manage and control security guard’s attendances.
• Other tasks assigned by section head /HR &GA.
Job Requirement
• High school/degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Native in Khmer with good English communication skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Possess own transport.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel and email.
• Active listener.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
