Position Summary
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Support Staff to assist in the operations of our real estate business. This role involves on-site property inspections, liaising with management companies, corresponding with property owners, and supporting Japanese interns. Flexibility and agility are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Property Operations
- Conduct on-site inspections of rental properties for defects or damages.
- Contact and coordinate with outsourced property management companies.
- Handle inquiries and share information with property owners.

Team Support
- Support and guide Japanese interns in daily operations.
- Participate in overseas business trips as needed.

General Operations

Perform other general daily operational tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Ability to commute to the office and perform on-site duties.
- Flexible and capable of multitasking.
- Japanese language proficiency at approximately N2 level (not mandatory).
- Age range: 20s to 40s.
Priority Skills
- English at conversational level with basic reading and writing skills.
- Knowledge or experience in real estate operations is a plus.
- Ability to commit long-term and potentially grow into a management role.
- Experience in sales or leasing in a real estate company is advantageous.
Benefits & Allowances
- Salary raise/promotion: Based on semi-annual evaluations.
- Bonus: Twice a year (July and January).
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer vacation, New Year holidays, paid leave per company policy.
- Overtime: Minimal, depending on workload.
