Job Description
– Customer service and information for Japanese investors traveling to Cambodia
– Airport pick-up and drop-off and transportation support (including driver arrangement)
– Accompanying clients on property inspections and explaining about the properties.
– Assisting clients with procedures for opening bank and securities accounts
– Coordination and scheduling with local bank and securities company staff
– Respond to inquiries and e-mails in Japanese and English
– Local support after arrival, troubleshooting and after-sales support
– Research and internal sharing of the latest information on real estate, finance and social conditions in Cambodia
– Translation of documents in Khmer ⇄ English / English ⇄ Japanese (if necessary)
– Prepare for, handle and participate in related projects and events (e.g., investment presentations) on the day of the event
– Other duties as assigned by the manager or the head office in Japan.
Job Requirement
– JP level (No need certificate, N2 level or above, speaking & reading)
– Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, email etc.)
– Cheerful and open minded personality
– Young, fresh and cleanness
– Able to go outside as needed to attend clients’ visit
– Fresh graduates are welcome
– Able to work flexibly on weekends, evening for emergencies.
Priority
– ENG skill is an advantage (no need if JP communication skill is advanced)
– Bachelor’s degree of Japanese, marketing, business administration etc.,
– Working experience under Japanese
– Studying or working in Japan
– Working experience in CS field, especially in banking or real estate field
– Having the JLPT N2 or above.
