POSITION SUMMARY
This role is a Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) position in a Japanese manufacturing environment. The main objective is to ensure that all products meet required quality standards and ISO compliance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining product quality and may advance to a managerial position in the future.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- WORKING TIME: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- WORKING DAYS: Monday – Saturday
(Final schedule depends on customer factory requirements) - OVERTIME: Usually none
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct quality control of tube materials and supplier quality
- Set, monitor, and maintain quality standards for each production process
- Inspect finished products (dimensions, appearance, materials, etc.)
- Measure, record, and respond to quality abnormalities
- Analyze quality data and implement improvement measures
- Investigate root causes of defects and prevent recurrence
- Establish and maintain QA systems in compliance with ISO standards
- Prepare and report quality information to customers
- Prevent defective products and reduce manufacturing costs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in QC/QA within a manufacturing environment
- English or Japanese proficiency sufficient to communicate with Japanese managers
- Japanese language skill is highly welcomed
- Strong sense of responsibility, sincerity, and teamwork
- Good reporting, communication, and consultation skills
- Ability to cooperate well with supervisors and team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Female candidates preferred
- Willing to work long-term in PPSEZ
