Position Details
Position Summary:
The QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring product quality compliance at supplier factories through in-process and final inspections, defect analysis, corrective action follow-up, and communication of quality standards. The role requires frequent travel to supplier sites and close coordination with factory teams and management to ensure all products meet required quality standards before shipment.

-Standard working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
-Working hours depend on production needs and order volume.
-During peak season, working hours may be extended; during low season, they may be reduced.
-Weekend overtime may be required depending on business needs.
-Overtime will be compensated with time off during low season instead of cash payment.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
-Conduct in-process inspections based on approved samples, color standards, and design specifications.
-Perform final inspections before shipment to ensure product quality compliance.
-Handle quality complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions with suppliers.
-Communicate quality requirements, labeling, and packing standards to suppliers.
-Participate in supplier quality meetings and present performance and improvement plans.
-Collect and analyze defect data and prepare quality trend reports for management.

Required Skills:
-Minimum 1 year of QC experience in luggage, garment, or related manufacturing industries.
-Able to write professional reports and emails in English; fluent spoken English.
-Chinese language skill is a plus.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in factory environments.
-Willing to travel frequently to supplier sites.
