As the QA/QC Leader at a Japanese manufacturing company specializing in plastic parts, you will be responsible for maintaining high product quality. You will manage the quality control process, handle measuring tools, and lead quality improvement activities. If you have QA/QC experience in any manufacturing factory, you can use your skills to succeed and grow in this role.

Factory Work (Production Control, QC/QA)

Supervisor / Leader

Manufacturing (iron, metal, rubber, material, paper, wood products etc.)

7:30 am 4:30 pm (1h break)

Mon – Fri, Sat (half)

【Quality Control】
Keep, check, and adjust (calibrate) measuring tools to make sure they are always correct.

【Problem Solving】
When you find bad or broken plastic parts, find out why it happened and stop the problem quickly.

【Making Reports】
DocumentationWrite important quality reports.
This includes approval documents for new products, customer complaint reports (claim reports), and monthly quality reports.

【Leading the Team (Leadership)】
Lead your team in “5S” (keeping the factory clean and organized) and “QCC” (team meetings to improve quality).
Make sure everyone follows basic safety and environmental rules (ISO).

【Communication】
Talk and work well with other teams to make sure the whole factory makes high-quality products.

・At least two years of QA/QC experience in the manufacturing industry
・Able to speak English at least Good level
・Experience in preparing for ISO audits
・Able to work in PPSEZ

・Work experience at a plastic products manufacturing factory
