Job Description
– Managing employees of Quality Assurance, Quality Control by plan.
– Follow up, and determine target and performance evaluation.
– Provides recommendations for improvement in the performance of their subordinates.
– Fix and decision making when got trouble during operation.
– Troubleshoot in-coming, in-process until out-going processes, and improve processes to increase job efficiency.
– To communicate with the client in order to confirm the quality to meet their expectation
– Manage labour control and volume of job assignments for QA members
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality
– Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern
– Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained
– Conduct QA audits, customer audits, and Quality risk analyses at production line
– Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
– Manage documents and reports which is needed to submit to client
– Perform other tasks as assigned by management
– Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
– Keep all quality matter on the shop floor
– Support QC members
– Set up an Audit plan and act as an Internal Auditor together with the working group.
Job Requirement
– Work experience related to QA for a year
– Flexibility. Capacity to work on any task following the manager’s order
– English at Advanced level
– Clean and tidy appearance
– Able for a business trip to Thailand and Japan
– Challenging and dynamic character.
