Job Description
– Handle customer claims and complaints while supporting customer requirements.
– when product non-conformity both internal and external issues.
(customer or supplier.)
– Collaborate with the supplier if parts or material quality issues.
– Handle Calibration control.
– Handle process changes request.
– Led a team in customer audits and related activities.
such as 3 Points, GS, PK, etc.
– Summarize/check the section’s monthly report such as customer claims,
abnormality, etc.
– Support activities to serve to achieve the objective target.
Job Requirement
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, industrial technology, and Science.
– Experience: Experience in QA in the automotive industry at least 5 years. Understanding Substance of Concern (SoC) in the automotive industry. Experience of calibration control, customer claims and support the customer requirements, process change, customer audit, and activities.
– Special ability knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949, core tools, and SoC in automotive will be advantageous.
– Other Able to use a computer and MS Office. Good communication in English language.
