Position Summary
We are seeking a Purchasing Officer to manage sourcing and procurement of materials, parts, and services for production. The ideal candidate will ensure the company acquires the right products at the right price, in the right quantity, and on time. This role is essential for maintaining smooth production operations and supporting Fineplas’ high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with suppliers and request quotations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Place purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
- Inspect received materials for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Able to speak English at a Good to Advanced level.
- Able to work in PPSEZ.
- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Proficient in PC skills.
Priority Skills
- Experience in purchasing for a manufacturing factory.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible work ethic.
