Job Description
– To learn all materials or products under purchase requirements well.
– Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers according to company purchase requirements.
– Preparing plans for the purchase.
– Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
– Implement purchased products or materials or suppliers’ date into the system.
– Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records., and in-time purchases.
– Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
– Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
– Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
– Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
– Work with team members and the procurement director to complete duties as needed.
– Costing calculation, update quotation
– Other tasks requirement from company needs may required.
Job Requirement
– At least 1 year of proven experience in a service environment
– Physical in good health condition, with a Positive, Modest, and cooperative hardworking Attitude
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Khmer , and English.
– Bachelor degree level
– Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
– Good in communication and negotiation.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
– Accurate and precise attention to detail
– Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
