POSITION SUMMARY
We are urgently seeking a Purchasing Staff to manage purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement of materials to support production and operational needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) accurately in the OBS system.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery.
- Maintain and update supplier database and performance records.
- Follow company policies and ethical sourcing guidelines.
- Assist in reporting and analysis of procurement data.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement (preferred).
- Proficiency in English required; other languages an advantage.
- Strong skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data handling).
- Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems (OBS/Sub-system, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and support team collaboration.
- Professional email and meeting etiquette.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Working Hours: 07:30 AM – 04:40 PM
