JOB DESCRIPTION
– Purchase/appraisal of high-brand products from customers
– Adjustment/negotiation of purchase price, introduction of products
– Assessment of high-brand products
– Customer service
– Reporting, communication and consultation with supervisors and colleagues
– Maintain/improve teamwork
– Acquisition of buying/selling knowledge
– Customer management
– Inventory management
– Deposit/withdrawal management
– System operation (POS and inventory system)
– Other matters as directed by supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Good level in Japanese language
– Experience as a sales & customer service
– Strong negotiation skills
– Strong interest in Appraisal business – Ability to do inventory control
– Able to manage deposits and withdrawals
– Able to operate inventory control systems
– Able to report, communicate and consult with supervisors and team members
– Able to maintain/improve teamwork
– Able to learn new knowledge
– Friendly and clean in appearance
PRIORITY
– Interested in High-brand goods and precious metals.
