Job Description
– Oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial reporting.
– Develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
– Manage a team of property management staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
– Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
– Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient maintenance services.
– Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
– Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports.
– Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a luxury residential setting.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Japanese (speaking and writing).
– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
