– Implement a sales strategic plan
– Refresh and re-active the existing network and connection to introduce company tradings services
– Networking and building connections to approach and connect company to the projects/potential clients
– Partnership with potential freelancers to expand sales channel/ opportunity
– Find leads, follow up and close deal with clients
– Products presentation and negotiation
– Project coordination
– Market research and strategy
– Reporting and documentation
– Present company Trading services to freelancers
– Assist Sales Project Manager in creating Sales Strategic Plan and giving practical market insight to the Manager to adjust and improve the Sales Strategic Plan
– Commit to achieving sales individual and team KPI.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ Sales or other related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in the painting industry and at least 1 year in sales role
– Fluent for verbal and written communication (Good at English is an advantage for the candidate)
– Great problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
– Deep understanding of product knowledge and good at teamwork
– Open mind and listen to constructive feedback
– Flexible to multiple tasks assigned by the Manager.
