Position Summary:
This position oversees elevator and escalator installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with Mitsubishi standards while coordinating with contractors and clients. This role requires strong technical expertise in civil or mechanical engineering, hands-on supervision of site activities, and effective management of project schedules, costs, and tools.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
– Installation of master data (on a monthly basis).
– Conduct job site surveys and produce reports before installation.
– Create a bill of quantities (BOQ) for local materials (per project).
– Check materials request and inventory for each project.
– Template setting calculation (per project)
– Create overall installation schedule (before project)
– Submit the installation progress report (on a daily basis)
– Monitor work in progress (on a daily basis)
– Unload/deliver certificate to a customer (signature required)
– Update and submit a meeting report (on a weekly basis)
– Complete installation report and submit to a customer (signature required)
– Conduct safety patrol (on a monthly basis)
– Coordinate with the owner and main contractor for installation progress.
– Control the quality and safety of the installation in accordance with Mitsubishi standards.
– Calculate the load function area/equipment for loading equipment at the project site.
– Control project costs and expenses.
– Control installation tools.
– Hand over elevators and escalators to customers.

Required Skills:
– At least Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
– At least 3-5 years in Construction, Elevator, Escalator installation business
– Knowledge for project process
– Project problem solving skills
– Experience in supervising the installation activities to ensure that all established quality requirements are met or exceeded.
– Experience in controlling working tools and knowledge of where to procure/repair such tools.
