JOB DESCRIPTION
– Propose commercial air conditioning systems to customers such as building and condominium construction companies and obtain contracts.
-Build good relationships with construction companies and other customers.
– Create and manage existing and new customer development lists, etc.,
– Facilitate interaction with MEP engineering team to ensure smooth implementation, sales and customer problem resolution
– Understand the entire construction process and conduct sales activities at the appropriate time and place
– Responsible for order confirmation (PO check), production and delivery schedule after receiving an order
– Expand connections and knowledge in the construction industry to discover and develop future potential areas
– Other duties as assigned by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales to building developer companies (for air conditioning, building materials, management systems etc.,)
– Communication skills and confidential attitude to build relationships with customers including the Management class
– Understand the entire construction process
– Advanced level in English
– Willing to learn about the products of the company well
– Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
