The Production Planning Leader is responsible for managing production planning, material procurement, and related operations. This role ensures accurate production schedules, timely procurement of materials, smooth order processing, and stable factory operations. The position also oversees production progress, inventory control, and administrative tasks to support efficient manufacturing.

Job Description
【Order Processing】
- Receive production orders for hard baseballs from internal teams or clients
- Prepare and issue purchase orders for raw materials and components
- Track order status and ensure materials arrive on time
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve delays or issues
- Plan and manage material purchasing based on production schedules and inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure stable supply, cost control, and delivery timing
【Production Management】
- Monitor daily production activities for hard baseballs
- Ensure production lines operate smoothly and meet planned output targets
- Track production output, efficiency, and inventory of raw materials and finished products
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly
【Production Planning】
- Create short-term and long-term production plans based on demand forecasts
- Allocate resources and schedule production lines to optimize efficiency
- Adjust production plans in response to changes in demand or supply
- Coordinate with other departments to align production, sales, and inventory
【Administrative Management】
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management
- Support administrative tasks related to staffing, scheduling, and workflow
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing factory
- Knowledge of production scheduling, progress monitoring, procurement, and order management
- Able to speak English at a good level
- Able to work in PPSEZ
- PC skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Priority
- Study abroad or work experience in a Japanese company
