Job Description
– Set up departmental targets and establish implementation plan, organize, and perform work to ensure target achievement.
– Supervise and support the production staff and operator to accomplish their activities including company targets.
– Appropriately evaluates the results of process control, factory assessment and quality tests.
– Make the decision with good analytical thinking and take the necessary action to effectively implement those decisions.
– Periodically confirm the appropriate establishment and maintenance of the management system.
– Effectively work and communicate with subordinates, other employees and other members.
– Develop and monitor performance goals (KPI’s) in order to achieve overall targets and initiate corrective actions if necessary.
– Organize production staffs to maximize all their efforts to make the business situation better than before.
– Develop human resources for the future growth of business.
– Always pursue best production results such as best cost, best productivity & best quality by all efforts.
– Keep good condition of company assets through schedule maintenance activities.
– Create new technical information & process improvement ideas for better way of working.
– Encourage the production staffs to follow company rules & government regulations including community requirements.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science in Chemical / Food / Industrial Management / Microbiology business, food science and related field.
– At least 2 years of extensive working experience as a manager in production and working in a global company.
– Knowledgeable of Production Management.
– Good command of spoken and written in English and basic of Computer literacy.
– Effective Presentation Skill, Consultation, Coaching and Influencing
– Strong leadership with very good people skills.
– Self-motivated and able to work hard in a dynamic production.
– Comprehensive understanding of quality processes, manufacturing operations and control procedures within manufacturing operations is required.
– Good Knowledge and Management in Quality Management System including design and development & ensure ongoing compliance to GMP & HACCP, ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
