As Production Manager, you will serve as the “brain” of the factory. You will be responsible for designing the production planning system, managing the supply chain to Japan, and ensuring that all technical standards meet Yazaki’s global requirements. We are seeking a leader who will assume the role of Factory Manager within five years to drive technical and operational localization.

You will participate in a 6-month training program in JAPAN after joining.
You will learn the latest technology, production systems, and Yazaki’s global management philosophy at our headquarters/factories in Japan.【Production Planning & System Setup】
・Design and establish the production planning and control system for the new factory.
・Create master schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers in Japan.

【Supply Chain & Logistics Management】
・Manage the import of raw materials and the export of finished wire harnesses.
・Coordinate with the logistics team and customs to ensure a smooth flow of goods.

【Technical Engineering & Quality Standards】
・Establish technical standards on the production floor according to Yazaki Japan’s requirements.
・Work closely with the engineering team to solve technical issues and stabilize production.

【KPI Setting & Performance Analysis】
・Set and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, delivery, and cost.
・Analyze data to improve factory efficiency and report to the Japanese management.

【Organization Building (Office & Planning)】
・Hire and train staff for the production control and technical departments.
・Build a strong “Planning & Engineering” organization from scratch.

【Other】
・Other instructions from the Japanese headquarters and supervisor

・エンジニアリングチームと連携した技術課題の解決および生産の安定化。

【KPI設定およびパフォーマンス分析】
・生産性、納期達成率、コストなどのKPIの設定と管理。
・データを分析して工場の効率性を高め、日本人経営層へレポーティング。

【組織構築】
・生産管理および技術部門のスタッフの採用と教育。
・ゼロからの組織の構築。

日本本社もしくは日本人上長からの指示された業務

・At least 3 years of Technical Engineering or Production Control in a Japanese manufacturing factory
・Able to speak Japanese N2 or N1 level.
・Able to join training in Japan for 6months
・Able to work in Kien Svay
・Strong leadership and communication skil

・Experience as a factory supervisor or manager in the car parts industry (especially wire harness).
・Experience managing many factory workers
・Able to speak English Good to Advanced level
・Residents living near Kien Svay
