Position Summary
This position is a Production Management role at a Japanese inspection company, acting as a bridge between the Japan head office, clients, and local factories.
You will visit new and existing factories, prepare factory overview reports, and manage production and quality from start to final shipment, while coordinating cost, delivery, and quality with factories.

Job Description
- Visit new factories, prepare factory overview documents, and report to the Japan-side team
- Communicate with factories regarding inquiries from the Japan head office and report results
- Negotiate with factories on cost, delivery schedule, and quality when production is confirmed
- Manage factory production while coordinating with Japan-side staff via email and other tools
(check production progress, review and improve factory environment, confirm product specifications, and follow up until shipment completion) - Control and manage QC (Quality Control) staff
- Support communication between Japanese staff and local companies
- Handle factory troubleshooting and support Japanese clients during factory visits
Required Skills
- More than 3 years of production management experience in a garment factory
- Able to speak Japanese (N1 / N2 / Upper N3 level)
- PC skills
- Female
- Age between 25 – 35 (internal balance)
