Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Management Officer (Chinese Speaker) responsible for overseeing production and quality control in a garment manufacturing environment. This role ensures smooth communication between clients and factories, manages quality assurance, and supports production efficiency in the swimwear line.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily factory visits for production management and quality checks of swimwear products.
- Understand customer orders and clearly communicate details to factory managers (primarily Chinese-speaking).
- Inspect sample quality submitted by the factory and provide detailed feedback for improvement.
- Monitor production processes and coordinate adjustments to enhance productivity.
- Advise factory teams on production methods in alignment with customer requirements.
- Identify and report potential delays in the production schedule.
- Facilitate translation between Japanese and Chinese languages.
- Handle business trips to Bangladesh during peak production seasons.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Chinese and English (Good to Advanced level, including reading and writing).
- Experience in quality control and production control within the garment industry.
- Willingness to travel for business trips to Bangladesh during busy seasons.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work at a factory located approximately 30 minutes from the city area.

- Ability to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
