Position Summary

The Production Management role ensures smooth manufacturing operations, quality control, cost management, and timely delivery.
This role includes production planning, progress monitoring, inventory coordination, team supervision, and overall operational efficiency.

Working Conditions

• Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control production, materials, and quality
• Create production plans and schedules
• Issue manufacturing orders and prepare production documents
• Monitor daily production progress and resolve production line issues
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure material readiness
• Organize shipping of finished goods
• Prepare lot status and production summary reports for customers
• Improve productivity and work efficiency
• Balance production lines and support model changes
• Manage and supervise local production staff
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and factory regulations
• Report production status and issues to management
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience (any of the following):

  1. 5+ years in production management in manufacturing

  2. 3+ years as a local factory manager

  3. 5+ years in warehouse management with leadership responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced English proficiency
• Able to work in PPSEZ
• Strong PC skills

Priority Skills:

• Japanese proficiency (N2 level minimum)
• Experience with Profit & Loss (P&L) calculation
• Presentation skills
• Age: 35 – 45
