Job Description
– Manage daily production progress based on the production schedule
– Supervise and allocate personnel across different production stages (cutting, sewing, finishing)
– Provide technical guidance and work instructions to local staff, especially on quality standards
– Communicate and report regularly to the Japan headquarters regarding production status, delivery schedules, and defect rates
– Analyze causes of defects and implement corrective actions
– Optimize the balance of quality, delivery deadlines, and production cost
– Review specifications and ensure smooth transfer of sample and bulk production instructions to the factory floor
– Collaborate with local managers and cross-functional departments to resolve issues on-site
– Monitor and manage production materials, including fabrics and accessories, and respond to shortages
– Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Japanese al least N3 level (Including reading and writing)
– Working experience in Garment industry
– Able to work in Bavet
– Management experience in the garment factory.
Priority
– Experience working in the garment industry in Japan.
– Experience working in a garment factory of a Japanese company.
