Position Overview

A leading international manufacturer specializing in high-performance fiber optic connectivity solutions is seeking a Production Leader for their facility in Phnom Penh. This company, established in 2020, exports advanced technology components to major markets in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

In this role, you will serve as the essential link between management and the production floor, ensuring assembly targets are met while maintaining world-class quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Manage a group of assembly workers to achieve daily production targets for fiber optic components (cables, connectors, and cabinets).
• Operational Coordination: Execute production schedules and tasks as directed by the Department Supervisor.
• International Quality Control: Oversee the assembly process to ensure all products meet the rigorous standards required for global export.
• Bilingual Liaison: Translate technical instructions and feedback between Chinese-speaking management and the local Khmer-speaking workforce.

Job Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Mandarin Chinese and Khmer (Mandatory). Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Shift Availability: Willingness to work a rotating schedule (2 weeks Day Shift / 2 weeks Night Shift).
• Priority: Candidates available or preferring the Night Shift will be given immediate priority.
• Technical Skills: Basic MS Office skills for digital reporting and tracking.
• Experience: While experience in a manufacturing/factory environment is preferred, we welcome motivated candidates with strong leadership potential.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $300 – $600 per month (based on experience).
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package in full compliance with Cambodia Labor Law
