Job Description
– Design and implement efficient chassis assembly processes.
– Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in quality, cost, and delivery.
– Apply lean manufacturing and TPS methodologies to optimize workflow.
– Specify, procure, and validate tools, jigs, and fixtures for chassis assembly.
– Collaborate with equipment suppliers and maintenance teams to ensure uptime and reliability.
– Monitor and improve quality metrics related to chassis components.
– Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects.
– Support the introduction of new vehicle models by developing and validating new chassis processes.
– Coordinate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability.
– Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
– Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
– Able to speak English Good to Advanced level
– Able to work in PPSEZ
– 2–5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or chassis systems preferred.
– Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
