Job Description

The duties of this position include launching the production department from scratch , supervise and improve the process of manufacturing, inspect vehicles with defect, investigate mechanical failures, controlling the efficiency of the production process, educate team leaders and members in the production line and other related duties as assigned.
Your main responsibilities are:
– Supervise and search for improvement points in the production line and apply it efficiently to improve manufacturing quality and production quality.
– Investigate vehicles with defect, investigate mechanical failures.
– Control the efficiency of the production process.
– Educate team leaders and members on the operation manual for every process.
– Ensure operation check sheet and equipment check sheet are being used accurately.
– With prior approval from Toyota Motor Corporation, standard operation of the production may be changed due to production. In such cases, ensure to update team leaders and members on the modification of any work instruction sheet appropriately.
– Create an education and training plan for team leaders and members to enhance their skills and follow up on progress report.
– Any other related duties assigned by the top management.

Job Requirement

– Must have a valid driver license
– Must have a valid passport or able to get one for overseas travel
– Bachelor or above in the faculty of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
– Good speaking level of English
– Able to use excel to prepare reports; power point presentation etc.
– At least 4 years experiences in related field.

Priority

– Work experience in an automotive related industry
– Experience in high-standard work environment (no legal violation)
– OK to work both in city area and suburb area of Phnom Penh
– Able to speak in Japanese is an advantage
