Job Description
– Translation of instructions from Chinese factories into Khmer and instructions to staff
– Support negotiations with factories and sales companies, product development
Support for creation of prototypes (samples)
– Reporting to relevant factories in China and other countries.
– Understand and communicate detailed specifications of production instructions to factories.
– Maintain good relationships with factories and customers
– Check and co-ordinate the factory’s production processes to ensure completion by the deadline.
– Advise factories on production methods according to customer orders.
– Compile and report production control status data.
– Collect shortfalls in production status data.
– Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak, read, write and understand well in English or Chinese (Chinese is highly preferred)
– Proficiency of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PPT
– Experience of garment production position at least 5 years
– Able to handle any ad hoc jobs from management as requested
– Good and responsible character.
Priority
– Work experience in international companies especially under Chinese or Japanese management
– Work experience in baby products industry
– Being able to read and write Chinese is welcome
– Experience as a management level of garment sector.
