Job Description
– Supervise and assist purchasing officers perform daily task and required sourcing and purchase.
– Revise weekly negotiated price and send it to procurement manager for approval.
– Easy and flexible to communicate, solve issues from sites with Area managers regarding products missing, deliveries and solutions.
– Assist procurement manager to negotiate on tenders and local products supplies arrangement and communication.
– Receive and coordinate with purchasing officers on small equipment purchase and suppliers for tenders.
– Researching pricing
– Assistance at meeting between the Procurement Officer and vendors.
– Assist with the coordination with the selected bidder to ensure completion of administrative processes including bid processes, contract award notice and that contract documents are distributed accordingly.
– Assist with managing the administrative process throughout the duration of the preparation of the all documentation until the award of the contract.
– Coordinate with requestors the specifications of goods and services requested.
– Find out sample of materials to be purchased;
– Maintain appropriated records to ensure that procurement process, decision, and contractual agreement are accurately documented for accountability and audit purpose.
– Perform other duties related field as assigned by Procurement Manager.
– Complete all relevant paperwork within specified deadlines and timeframes.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Chinese Advanced level (including reading and writing)
– Able to speak Japanese Good level (Daily Conversation)
– Experience working as a procurement officer
– Able to work in PPSEZ
– PC Skill (Especially Excel and Word.)
– Excellent communication skills
Priority
– Procurement experience in the garment industry

– Resides near by PPSEZ.
