Job Description
– Prepares and maintains guidelines, decks, spreadsheets, databases, project documents to make sure all information is well recorded, updated and retained.
– Assists Planning & Insights Manager to organize and facilitate monthly operational management planning processes by preparing, consolidating and updating input and output materials. Circulating and follow-up pre-read and minute to and from relevant participants, and perform record retention.
– Works with relevant teams to create product plans and responsive demand plans, ensuring forecast accuracy and key assumptions are well captured; and builds strong integration with operational most feasible plan and supply most-feasible plan, considering constraints and supplier commitments, to ensure effective production materialization at the best state of customer service expectation.
– Monitors group tour materialization progress to suggest boosting activity to fill the gap or suggest blackout period to obtain best possible allocation and prioritization of resources and capacity for best possible financial outcomes.
– Sharing production materialization forecasts with relevant teams to pre-engage with suppliers to mitigate risks or constraints of supply shortage over the planning horizon.
– Monitors customer and consumer promotions and provides analysis of campaign performance reports at the end of campaign, with results, key outcomes and learnings.
– Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in ensuring accurate representation of the company and maintaining a high level of business integrity in the industry and ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policy.
– Keeps the team abreast of changes in the industry inclusive of legislations, regulations and ensures that all Planning and Insight activities and transactions are in legal compliance.
Job Requirement
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Statistics and Planning.
– The equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable.
Experience:
– At least 2 years of working experience in relevant fields.
– The candidate will also be better suited with experience in the Travel industry.
MS Office and Software:
– Possess good computer skill, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, Advance Ms. Excel, Ms. Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals and recommendations.
