Job Description
– Assist in weekly on collection activities plan
– Perform phone collection activities according to line manager’s instructions;
– Provide practical solution for collection activities;
– Explain our policy and rule to the customer
– Negotiate with customers for them to repay effectively by using appropriate methods, strategies, words
– Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
– Non working experience, University students or Fresh graduates can apply
– Able to handle multi tasks without any compliment
– English skills in writing
– Able to use PC and can be adapt to their system written in English
– Fast learner, good at communication and flexible person.
Priority
– Have work experience in MFI or Banking as Collection field
– Working experience in an international company or start-up company
– Advanced IT skills and Advanced MS Office
– At least 3 years working experience in one company
