JOB DESCRIPTION
– Coordinate with Top Management to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
– Prepare plans to ensure compliance to all sales targets.
– Meeting with clients.
– Negotiating the sale terms, the prices within set limits and meeting sales targets.
– Prepares quotations, communicates these with potential customers and ensures follow ups.
– Follow all sales processes to ensure adherence to all sales results.
– Assist and provide training to all external customers for efficient usage of all product applications.
– Keeps records of (potential) client communications and results.
– Identifies new market and business opportunities.
– Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors.
– Develops and executes a sales strategy, planning and evaluation for each sales outlet.
– Holds (potential) client visits and meetings to present our products and services.
– Represents the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, events and other presentation opportunities.
– Resolves customer issues with the support of the top management.
– Organize licenses and other legal requirements for certain products, when requested by customers or forwarders.
– Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents.
– Strong collaboration with the top Management and Factory Manager on orders, sales, market trends, problems and opportunity for growth.
– Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
– Communicate on a regular basis with the forwarders to request quotations.
– Manage the organization of each international shipment with the forwarder.
– Performs other duties when required.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Bachelor degree in the related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in related positions.
– Good level in English.
– A strong team player with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
– A customer-oriented approach and commercial awareness.
– Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Experience with requirements, processing and terminology of export.
– Confident with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
– Strong customer service skills including being friendly, a good listener, helpful and creative.
– Motivation for sales and a vibrate energy level.
– Numerical skills and attention to detail.
