Job Description
– We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, customer service, and achieving targets.
– Key Responsibilities:
– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
– Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
– Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
– Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
– Maintain and develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
– Prepare and deliver appropriate sales proposals and reports
– Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
– Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Job Requirement
– Proven experience in a sales role (experience in construction industry is an advantage)
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office; is a must.
