Job Description
– Responsible for the overall cargo transportation process after receiving orders for export goods, booking space, packing or delivery arrangement, customs declaration tracking;
– Check the production of bills of lading or air transport documents, confirm whether the goods have been shipped, send the forecast, and issue the bills of lading;
– Request payment/urge payment, make cost analysis, follow up of goods, and be responsible for shipping import and export freight agency operation;
– Handled relations with customs, ports and ships, accepted business consultation and business entrustment;
– Respond to customer complaints with good service attitude and solve them in the shortest time;
– Timely feedback to the department manager about emergencies in the operation process or problems that cannot be solved by itself.
Job Requirement
– College degree or above, major in import and export trade, logistics related, fresh graduate and 1 to 2 years experience in shipping agency, freight agency is preferred; Inexperienced graduates can also be sent
– Working experience with shipping company or shipping agency company is preferred;
– Able to deal with complex problems, good communication skills and pressure ability, with team spirit.
– Familiar with shipping operation process, with customer service, documents, freight forwarding, transportation and certain import and export trade knowledge
– In case of customer complaints, I can serve as the information hub platform between the company and the shipping company, solve disputes in time, and provide customers with high-quality and efficient services.
– Be able to complete other work arranged by department supervisor or leader.
