Job Descriptions
– Develop 5 KHANs operations policies, procedures, and strategies, and oversee the implementation by making use of human resources, and materials, including performance appraisal in the 5 KHANs operations department that is own self in charge.
– Work collaboratively and effectively with other KHAN operations & departments within the company to make sure all 5 KHAN operations policies and procedures are being followed and effectively implemented.
– Manage and provide leadership support as well as supervision and direction to the 5 KHAN operations and Operation Manager (OPM) and other operations staff and workers.
– Develop 5 KHAN operations staff and workers capacity through internal or external training.
– Coach and mentor 5 KHAN operations staff, drivers, and workers to ensure that they can deliver effective, and quality fieldwork as assigned plan, target, and expectation, etc.
– To develop job descriptions for all 5 KHAN operations staff, drivers, and workers, to ensure carried out their jobs effectively, and responsibilities, on time manner, and properly.
– Ensure all 5 KHAN operations properties are being utilized properly and effectively and caring
– Liaise with partner institutions, external agencies, and government departments (as a point of contact person) and distribute incoming information to related departments and the Management team accordingly and in a timely manner.
– Oversee daily operations, remedy customer, /related authorities complaints promptly, and ensure customer and authorities satisfaction metrics are met.
– Provide Daily, Weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Operation Manager and Management.
– Recruit, hire, and train subordinate staff, drivers, and workers under his/her leadership to ensure that 5 Khans operation in charge is qualified to meet expectations and target levels.
– Answer employees queries about 5 KHAN operations-related issues and refer them to the Operation Manager (OPM) accordingly and timely manner.
– Other tasks assigned by the Operation Manager (OPM) and Management
Job Requirements
– Education Background: Bachelors Degree
– At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the operation field or related field or related industries
– Good in computer Word, Excel, Google Worksheets, internet and e-mail, etc.
– Good communication in English and Khmer
– Flexible and quick learner
– Willing to learn new things
– Be honest and come to work on time
– Like to work with the waste management company
