Job Description
– Leads Production team Process and oversees all Project from team sale
– Responsible for the Project deliver and Contact with Client for Problem Solver Systems Maintenance and Safety and Security standards for Operation
– Responsible for customer satisfaction and service excellence
– Managing and meeting all committed budgets From Sale and operations excellence
– Maintains close working relationship with Manager, Middle management and member team
– Manage on System project Management
– Lead Operation team for work under SOP and discipline
– Maintaining record of all necessary reports related to the sales, production, operations, etc.
– Manages career and training development for all team members
– Carry out additional duties and achieve desirable results assigned by Supervisor
– Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate people
– Be a self-starter with high initiative to manage operations issues, processes and people.
Job Requirement
– BA / Master Degree / Certificate in Construction
– Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operation leadership roles in the Construction or Industry Signage
– Demonstrates knowledge of product, service and quality standards, as well as equipment and operations standards
– Bilingual in English and Khmer (written and spoken).
– Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
– Analytical and critical thinker
– Passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated to developing and coaching people
– Organized with people management skills
– Positive working attitude
