Job Description
– Set up midterm business plan, company annual sales target and marketing plan with the directors
– Based on budget, sales achievement, inventory level and competitors activities, to set up countermeasures and action plans to secure market share and sales achievement.
– Guide marketing/sales team to follow product local regulations when to ensure no violence with local regulation and culture when executing marketing activities. (The regulations need to be reviewed twice a year)
– Training on supervisors of each department and provide customized products for each channel for the Channel development and expansion
– Collect feedback about customer requirements, about the products, results of promotions/campaigns to aid in the improving campaign/ promotion requirements as well as the products and services being offered.
– Overseeing sales/marketing operations to ensure effective governance, but also leadership management training
– Communicate effectively to provide all information necessary for Team Management to function properly on major issues and finalize strategic solutions
– Oversee all general aspect related to operation and workflow Internal and external
– Collaborating closely with all team to ensure the relevant materials, information, and reporting structures are in place for executions
– Other matters assigned by operations manager , GM or Directors
Job Requirement
– Any nationality can apply
– Fluent in English for 4 commands enough to communicate with and report to foreigner bosses (Taiwanese, Japanese, and Chinese)
– Proficiency of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PPT
– Experience of Sales & Marketing related position at least 3 years in retail or wholesale industry
– Able to handle any ad hoc jobs from management as requested
– Good and responsible character
Priority
– Work experience in international companies especially under Chinese or Japanese management
– Work experience in baby industry
– Being able to speak Khmer or Chinese is welcome
– Knowledgeable to marketing strategies and methods
