Job Description
– Observe the production line and advice for improvement of production quality
– Production schedule management between Japan head office and Cambodia factory
– Report the daily / monthly quality checked amount and summarize the progress
– Planning, Production, Material Control, Quality Control
– Coordinate and collaborate with the other departments for shipping finished items
– Prepare lot status and summary reports to the management team
– Plan effective ways and management process for productivities Improvement
– Make sure for line balance and model transfer
– Other responsibilities are assigned by management.
Job Requirement
– Able to use Chinese or Japanese at least Good level
– Working experience as a similar role in a garment factory
– Willing to learn and be trained new things
– Able to guide, lead and maintain staff and workers in the production line
– Computer skill Word, Excel, internet and email
– Flexible and good at team work and able to work overtime as needed
– Well understanding the operation and work flow in a garment inspection sector.
Priority
– Able to speak English or Khmer more than Good level is a plus (salary increment considerable)
– Work experience with foreign managers more than 1 year at an international company
– Working experience as a management level
– Experience working in the fashion inspection company is an advantage.
