Job Description
– Receive bookings from shippers
– Place bookings to shipping carriers & air lines
– Inform booking details to clients and agents in overseas
– Prepare shipping instructions to shipping and air carriers
– Arrange trucking & customs clearance to agents
– Issue house B/L and airwaybill
– Make invoices to shipper and overseas agents
– Send shipping documents to overseas agents.
– Collect money from clients. Make receipt.
– Update for shipping schedule & bookings logs
– Update for buying, selling, and surcharges
– Announce any delays or omitting information to clients.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s Degree in related field
– English communication skill is preferable
– From 5 years of export experience as a forwarding operator for sea cargo (FCL & LCL) & air cargo
– Be able to work under pressure
– Computer skills.
