Job Description
– Plan loading do check and follow up the stuffing cargoes for buyer consolidation
– Follow up the cargo gate in WH till completely stuffing and sealed
– Certificate of origin check, shipping Approval, booking to carriers, Tracking schedule from carriers’ system.
– Follow up closely on booking confirmation/container release order, making HBLs in Yunas Systems, SI&VGM to carriers, Manifest check, follow up carriers for ATD, Invoicing from carrier/sub-contractor/trucking/Oversea Agents- AP posting, Invoicing to Shippers & Oversea agents AR posting.
– Follow up with the broker/CC team of local clearance shipments.
– Shipping docs to overseas email sending manually.
– Clarify booking and update carrier information/HBL#/CTNR loading plan in Griffin system.
– Issue HBL and billing invoice charge to YLVN & YLIP for shipment from BAVET to VIETNAM.
– Shipments monthly report.
– Ocean freight checking with carrier for buyer confirmation
– Follow the manager’s guidance and instruction.
Job Requirement
– Experience in Logistics Company (Ocean Freight Department) with more than 2 years
– Advanced level in English
– Have a good communications and interpersonal skills
– Be able to work under pressure environment
– Be willing to learn new things, honest and hard working
– Have computer skills: Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook and Email.
