Position Summary:
The role includes coordinating with shippers and consignees, checking shipping documents and bookings, updating data in the system, and ensuring smooth communication with related departments. The candidate will also guide and train team members, review reports, and provide solutions to daily logistics challenges.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, good at problem solving, and enjoys working in a fast-paced international logistics environment.

【Primary Responsibilities】
– Organize team roles and manage daily workflow.
– Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance.
– Communicate and cooperate closely with other departments.
– Monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
– Handle problem-solving and provide support to the team when needed.

Required Skills:
– Experience Import&Export (Ocean Freight Department) with more than 5 years
– Able to speak English Good to Advanced level
– PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Email)
– Have a good communications and interpersonal skills
– More than 7pts at Camup IQ Test.
