POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for night-shift airport operations, including receiving and checking cargo according to SOPs, updating cargo check-in reports, supporting pouch arrangements, and reporting daily airport situations. The role also involves monitoring cargo conditions, reporting damage, and completing tasks assigned by the manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive cargo and perform check-in according to SOP (DIM; Photo)
- Update cargo check-in reports
- Organize and prepare necessary documents for air cargo shipments (invoice, packing list, AWB, etc.)
- Update daily airport situation reports
- Monitor cargo condition and report any damage or wet cargo
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work night shifts
- Flexible to work on weekends
- English proficiency: Good to Advanced
- Minimum education: High School Graduate (Grade 12) or University
- PC skills (Microsoft Office, Email)
PRIORITY / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience in the transportation or logistics industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday – Saturday
- 3-month contract (extension possible)
