Job Description
– Collect parcels, documents, or goods from warehouses, stores, or clients.
– Verify items against delivery manifests (quantity, address, condition).
– Optimize delivery routes using GPS/maps to save time and fuel.
– Ensure fragile or perishable goods are secured appropriately.
– Transport items to residential, commercial, or remote locations.
– Meet strict deadlines (e.g., same-day, express, or scheduled slots).
– Notify recipients via call/text before arrival.
– Handle returns, collect signatures, or take photos as proof of delivery.
– Resolve issues like incorrect addresses or refused packages.
– Provide receipts and reconcile payments with the employer.
– Manage failed deliveries (e.g., recipient absent) by rescheduling or returning items.
– Report damaged/missing goods to the dispatcher.
– Perform basic checks (fuel, tires, brakes) and report mechanical issues.
– Follow traffic laws and wear safety gear (helmets, reflective jackets).
– Update delivery status in real-time via apps or handheld devices.
– Maintain logs of completed deliveries, delays, or incidents
– Handle sensitive items (medical supplies, legal documents) with extra care.
Job Requirement
– Working experience is not required
– Complete high school or above.
– Business level of Khmer and understand of English (daily conversation level).
– Able to use Microsoft office (Able to Systematic approach is a plus)
– Have good attitude towards work, be able to tackle difficult tasks with sincerity.
– Have knowledge of delivery process
– Understand to the customs clearance document requirement.
– Be patient, self-motivated and team building capabilities.
– Team Work, Interpersonal, Strong Communication Skill.
– Hard working and be able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and public holiday).
