POSITION SUMMARY
As a Merchandising Buyer at Kohnan Cambodia, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s product strategy. You will be responsible for selecting, sourcing, and managing products that meet market demand and enhance the lifestyle of Cambodian consumers. This position directly contributes to business growth through effective product selection, supplier management, and inventory optimization.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Working Days: 1.5 days off per week
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage assigned product categories such as Electronics, Furniture, Household Goods, and Home Improvement products.
- Source products from local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate costs, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Plan and optimize inventory to maximize sales and profitability.
- Coordinate closely with store operations and internal teams.
- Analyze market trends and customer demand to improve product selection.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail purchasing, merchandising, floor management, or marketing.
- Experience in household goods, home electronics, furniture, leisure products, or interior-related items.
- Able to use English for business communication.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Language Requirement: Advanced English
